The studios are equipped with a kitchenette, a double bed and a separate sleeping corner for 2 persons. They also have a south-facing balcony. We also have adapted studios and rooms for our disabled guests.

You will be staying in the green dunes of Middelkerke close to the beach and centre. Discover an innumerable number of activities, the unique surroundings and the beautiful natural environment.

Late check-out is possible if availability permits.

Until 13h a surcharge of € 40 per room applies. In case of a late check-out until 6 p.m., 50% of the daily rate will be charged. You can always ask for the possibilities at the reception of the hotel on your arrival or the day before your departure.

Can a baby bed be reserved?

You can reserve a baby bed in advance at a supplement of 13,50 euro per night per baby bed. You can mention this in the reservation, or book at a later time.

What is the difference between a double and twin room?

A double room has a double bed with a double duvet. In a twin room, there are two single beds side by side, each with a single duvet.

Can I order a gift for a special occasion?

At C-Hotels you can order a bouquet of flowers, a bottle of bubbly, cake or chocolates to be placed in your room on arrival. This should always be requested 3 days in advance. For more information and rates, please contact the hotel reception.

Is Wi-Fi available?

All our hotels provide super fast wifi to the hotel guest. Wifi is available both in the hotel room and in all common areas of the hotel.

What time can I check in and out?

At C-Hotels Helios check-in is scheduled from 14:00.
At C-Hotels Continental, C-Hotels Andromeda, C-Hotels Zeegalm, C-Hotels Excelsior, C-Hotels Burlington and C-Hotels Cocoon check-in is from 15:00 onwards.

If you have already arrived earlier, you may check in at reception. We can already store your luggage for you. You can check in online in advance so that the check-in process can be carried out smoothly. We ask our guests to leave their room before 11:00. Earlier check-in is possible if our occupancy permits. Please contact us the day before your arrival or on the day itself in the morning to ask if you can check in earlier.

You will pass by the reception for the check-out. If you wish, you can also make use of the online check-out. On the day of departure, you can leave your luggage at the hotel for collection later in the day. In this way, you can still enjoy your last day of your holiday to the full.
