Julie Dereu is an interior designer and manager of the design office D-ZAJN. She is a valued member of the C-Hotels Group, having left her mark on the (re)design of many hotel interiors.
Peace, simplicity and atmosphere
Aesthetic simplicity and a permanent eye for detail are the common thread running through our designs. With a minimum number of elements, we try to create an atmospheric space that is restful, pleasant to the touch and where unity between functionality, timelessness and purity can always be found in our designs.
With respect for the past
This was also the case for the total renovation of the stately Hotel Continental in De Panne, where, in consultation with the client and our experience, innovative ideas and dynamism, with respect for the authentic character of the building and from the viewpoint of the user, resulted in a high-quality customised design, yet with a sober and stylish construction method.
